I contacted Gary at a very difficult time, after dealing with a real estate management company who allowed renters to all but destroy my home while I resided in the State of Florida. An inept contractor was then hired by this management company and allowed to cause more damage. I was forced to fly up to hire another contractor. When the remodeling was almost completed, I contacted Cressy & Everett because I had worked with manager, Scott Hammontree’s wife, Janie, years before. I knew them to be good, honest and trustworthy. When I called the office on a Saturday, Gary answered the phone. We scheduled a meet at their office the following Friday, which happened to be the Friday after Thanksgiving. Gary is very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. He answered my questions, kept me updated and worked hard to keep things running smoothly. Since I was unable to keep an eye on remodeling being done, Gary was kind enough to check in each day to monitor progress on the work and even handled the final inspection of the work for me. During the “Sale Pending” period, Gary, again, checked the home each day to be sure all was well. He went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful to have had Gary looking out for my best interests. He turned a bad situation into a very good one.
